Ann is a Senior Advisor with JW Michaels & Co., specializing in the recruitment of partners, counsels, and associates across major U.S. legal markets. With more than 15 years of experience advising Am Law firms, elite boutiques, and global law firms on strategic talent acquisition and lateral hiring, she serves as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, drawing on extensive market knowledge and a deep professional network.
Having spent more than five years in London, Ann has worked extensively with Am Law 50–200 firms, Magic Circle, Silver Circle, and other international law firms on partner, counsel, and associate recruitment, including cross-border placements and strategic U.S. searches.
A widely recognized voice in legal recruitment, Ann has been quoted in Law.com and has authored thought leadership articles for Law.com, The Law Society Gazette, and Attorney at Law Magazine.
Ann earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Berkeley College and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Capital Management at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies, where she was awarded a Merit-Based Institutional Fellowship.
